缔结国际友好学校意向书

中国河北省承德博骏双语学校与美国艾斯康迪多特许高中 （ESCONDIDO CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL）友好协商，双方同意结为中美友好学校，实现两校之间的广泛交流与合作。
一、合作范围：
1、两校学生游学联谊活动。为了减轻学生费用支付负担，保障交流学生的广泛性、持续性，可在双方协商同意的前提下采取两种合作方式：
一是“对等交流、费用互承”的模式：
（1）往返交通费及途中费用，由出方学生自己承担；
（2）学习以外的，住地城市以远的参观、旅游费用（吃、住、行等）出方学生自己承担；
（3）在对方学校学习期间的学习、资料、食、宿、水、电等费用由对方学校承担（不含医药费），或免费入住学生家庭。
二是“同标准平等收费”模式：中国学生到美国游学，途中交通费、食宿费和学习期间到所在城市以远观光费用，由学生本人据实支付; 在美国学校学习期间的学习、资料、食、宿、水、电等费用，按每日200圆人民币支付（以净学习时间一个月为例，除途中、观光费用以外，30天共计支付6000圆人民币，或按银行当时汇率折合美圆支付）；美国学生到中国游学亦按此标准执行。
2、两国学生家庭之间的互访、交流与联谊。
3、双方教师的语言培训，方式可临时协商决定。
4、两国师生之间的网上友好交流、学习。
5、两校管理干部的互访、交流、学习。
二、合作期限：
每期三年，满三年后，双方协商同意，可自然延长。
三、原则：
1、尊重对方国家尊严，维护对方国家利益，在访问期间，遵守对方国家法律和对方学校的校规。
2、交流、探讨领域不涉及国家政治、政策。
3、尊重对方人格、民族习惯，不干预对方隐私。
4、平等、友好、真诚，不藐视或诋毁对方。
四、此意向双方签字后生效。

A Letter of Intent to Ally an International Friendship School

CHENGDE BOJUN BILINGUAL SCHOOL of Hebei Province in China and the ESCONDIDO HERITAGE SCHOOL from United States consultated friendly, both sides agreed to become the friendly Sino-US schools to achieve a wide range of communication and cooperation.
First, the scope of cooperation:
1. The two school students exchange learning activities. In order to reduce the burden of students fees and ensure the extensive exchange of students, the two sides can take the following two ways on the premise of consultation and agreement:
The first is the "reciprocal exchange, the cost for each other" mode:
(1) Student themselves undertake the round-trip traffic fee and other fees during the halfway .
(2) Except  tuition fee, the cost of accommodation and tour beyond the city,  (food, accommodation, transportation, etc.) out to the students themselves;
    (3) The cost for study, material, food, accommodation, water, electricity and other cost during school study (not including medical expenses) borne by each other's school or the students free of charge in the students family.
The second is the "equal charge with the same standard " mode: Chinese students traveling to the United States to study, the cost of  transport, food, accommodation and tour beyond the city during the study paid by students based on actual cost; while the cost for study, material, food, accommodation, water, electricity and other costs during school study in the United States, 200 yuan per day (one month of net learning time as an example, except cost for the transport and sightseeing, 30 days to pay 6000 yuan, or by dollars according to the exchange rate of the bank at the time); American students traveling to China also implement this standard.
2 Exchange visits between students family from the two countries,.
3 The two sides teachers’ language training, consultation can be temporary.
4 Both teachers and students from the two countries exchange and learn friendly though the Internet.
5 The two school administrators exchange visit to communicate and learn each other.
Second, the period of cooperation:
The duration of the partnership is three years , three years later, the two sides consultated friendly it could be naturally extended.
Third, principles:
1 Respect national dignity each other, and safeguard the interests of the other country, comply with laws and regulations of the other schools during the visit the other country.
2 Exchange does not involve in the country's political, policy.
3 Respect personality, the national costom each other, non-interference in privacy each other.  
4 Equal, friendly, sincere, not contempt or slander the other.
Fourth, this is the intention of the partnership enter into force upon signature.
